South Beach Diet (read my review here) entered the meal delivery space more recently, but they still have a great program, with awesome food, and weight loss plan that is fast and effective.
Their foods built more around the low-carb approach, so if that’s something that appeals to you, they may be the better option over Nutrisystem.
As with Nutrisystem, the prices depend on which plan and options you choose, and go up a bit for men.
